This sauce is still made with Habanero peppers but uses some wonderful honey straight from the great folks over at Gentle Breeze Honey in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. It is the sweetest of our sauces, but still packs a heck of a punch.

    I can honestly say I didn’t even like hot sauce until I tried Mandy’s. It’s sweet and delicious and just spicy without being overly hot. Now I am obsessed with it and put it on everything. I’ve tried the mild and Blazing Nectar and love both. Looking forward to trying other flavors!

    Last weekend I was planning on making homemade baked beans from dry beans, mexican corn bread, and smoked spareribs. I was shopping at Woodman’s after browsing at Cabela’s. I very rarely use hot sauce, maybe once or twice a year when I’m with my brother-in-law. As I was looking for ketchup to make my homemade barbecue sauce I saw you’re blazing nectar hot sauce among the others. I had a thought what if I add some hot sauce to my baked beans. I picked up a bottle of your blazing nectar hot sauce and added it to the baked beans. Wow, it really took my bean recipe to a higher plateau. Would have never thought I could improve on my true and tested recipe I have used for many many years. Your hot sauce has to be the best of any in the Country. What sparked me to write a review is this, I grilled a ribeye and brought it in to the house. I opened the refrigerator and noticed your hot sauce. I said to myself, I am going to try this with my steak which I did, WOW, am I glad I did. I’m one which responds to a waitress or waiter if I order a steak and they asked if I want steak sauce, my response is always the same, do I need steak sauce? I live in Tomah, Wisconsin. Where is the closest I can purchase your hot sauce?

      Thank you for reaching out. Sorry about the very late responce. I never received my emails from my website. I just realized that today. I would had never thought about putting hot sauce in my baked beans. I will have to try that now. I do take orders online and can ship it to you. As of now I am not in any stores in your area.
